Once upon a fantastical time - in far off, glorious lands where all manner of mystical sweet dreams, dandelion wishes and throbbing desires come to fruit - three spirit sisters were born, daughters of the earth, yet each to a different pachamama, but anciently and cosmically bound none the less. From the beginning, a deep knowing in their tender loving bones, their separate journeywork pollinated their understanding of finding one another in perfect time. All they had to do was follow their hearts desires and trust that every path would lead them to one another. And so it was. This is their spirit story.

Jennette was born in a moss covered shed, on a bluff overlooking the sea, above a sensuously salty kelp bed, on the edge of an enchanted swamp water meadow, across from a hot desert prairie opening to an aromatic orchard of blood oranges with a vast and nimble root system that emanated the scent of Beltane fire smoke in the dead of winter. She was hungry, and a little bit naughty, maybe even mercurial, but free as a bird and that suited her perfectly. She suckled on marigold honey and was an exquisite tomboy, sultry and sun kissed, with the soft peach fuzz of a baby bunny, her fierce blue-green eyes shaded by her long golden lashes. She told time by the movement of father sun and mother moon, her brothers and sisters the stars of the Milky Way, a map written in the twilight of her veins.
As Jennette grew, her desire to make all the things was cultivated and she found it a way to heal her tumbled heart when the going got rough, for rugged it certainly got, but she had a makerlust that wouldn’t quit her so she honored that impulse and made beautiful things with her hands, inspired by her nomadic heart and saltwater soul. This quelled her ravaged psyche, restored her vitality and allowed her equilibrium forever more. She was effervescent in her feral freedom and found the challenge to shimmy through portals of self-love and acceptance, and climb ladders to the cumulus and rainbows, not the easiest tasks but so well worth it that she would do it over and again, as long as it took, to experience that pulsating rush of ecstasy, the climax of becoming her own beloved.
The vagabond wanderer that resided within Jennette’s untamed earth-witch spirit finally had its way with her, nudging her gently toward pilgrimage into the vast and glorious world to rendezvous with her ambrosial sisters. But before she left, shegrounded herself in the wise woman ways of cauldron and hive, meeting her green plant allies in herbal medicine making and studying swiftness with the wild horses that materialized constantly in her dreams, begging her to ride bareback and leap through the forest and over streams, wind whipping through her tangled flower laden braids. With hummingbird, hare and honeybee as her guides, each endowing her with a cobweb, a seed and a key, Jennette invoked a summoning incantation of protection as she prepared to seek and explore. The ties of affection and respect that had been woven between them, a cobbled lattice of alliance by generous mutual acts of kindness, carried her from then on out.

Jen was born a maverick ceremonialist, in a crystal embellished court of shamanistic faeries and shape shifting sprites, under a cosmic magic mushroom near the base of a celestite cave where she nursed on watermelon sugar and the nectar of violets. Watched over by the majestic Hecate, the keeper of crossroads, portals, fire, animals, the moon, magic and plants, Jen was infused with a distinctive air of diplomacy, peacekeeping, partnership and harmony that the mystic goddesses’ presence bestowed on her. Also born near the thinning of the veils, Jen was attuned to the energetic, magnetic, and magical pulsations of the cosmos, continually seeding in others how to act kindly, fairly, and cleverly in all situations - all the time, every time, no questions, period. She was born an air sign, a natural courageous communicator, always willing and eager to activate her 5th chakra, reflecting beauty and admiration as she lived her life always sticking up for others, soothing and calming those feeling left out, and forever having the perfect right-timed whisper of love and comfort to those in need. All creatures - human, animal and otherwise - longed and yearned to be near Jen, the lightcatcher, for her love was all encompassing and gifted to every soul she met, leaving a lingering wake of desire and pride in all she crossed paths with forever more.
Jen’s profound intelligence, wholehearted instinct, and breezy, easygoing charm led her in later years as her passion and zeal for excitement, new situations, adventure and the unusual shook her summer loving soul and seduced the globe traipsing wanderer burning within her. Ever peaceful, graceful, and enthusiastic, Jen set off with the blessing of her spirit guides, horse and black panther, who spellcast auras of fierce protection, awareness and wild freedom all about her to keep her safe and sound. Where these august creatures would always be with her in spirit, she would among her travels and seeking encounter fascinating otherworldly toads, supernatural slinky felines, and a particularly stunning and sensational indigo bunting that’d perch atop her talisman laden walking staff and regale her with humorous and good-natured tall tales, expanding the horizons of her mind and keeping her company as her view of the wide open world bloomed and transformed before her very eyes.
From this point on the full expression of Jen’s soul flourished and swelled whenever and wherever she could offer ritual and ceremony to her beloveds. She is a relationship master of the highest caliber and she willing bands her heart to herofferings of inclusion, cultured and refined beauty, and luxurious laughter and comic relief. She greets the morning star with a diffuse joy, sensuality and awareness that spreads throughout the tangible world and engages a process of unfolding and unfurling for all who are lucky enough to flow within her realm. Christine was born to be an artist and author in an amplified sacred oak grove, at the gilt-edge of mystery, under a vast night sky of twinkling constellations, luminous moons and sparkling planets. Secretly tucked within the hallowed woodland was a venerable living stone circle that murmured, chanted and sung Christine into being as she emerged, circled, earthside, already fiercely independent and possessing an excellent memory. She was watched over by the huntress Diana - goddess of the moon, birthing, and wild animals - who ensured Christine was well endowed with exceptional instinct and remarkable intuition, making her highly attuned to the vibration of others. It was autumn, the time of thin veils between worlds, which enhanced her powers of communication, observation and unconditional love.
As a dynamic young girl with a peculiar aura of sacredness, Christine routinely summoned all the deep love she was mistress of and befriended every creature she met. The buffalo, deer and polar bears were especially drawn to her and she to them, so much so that they would carry her, talk with her, and protect her always with their unique enchantments and particular charms. They were her closest allies and guides and one year, as Christine’s favorite season of Winter approached, they gathered a Solstice bounty for her. Collectively they gifted Christine with quills, ink, and the fine paper a writer needs, as well as the tools to support her in her avid explorations, adventures and travels, which included a compass, maps, a scope, and a pocket knife. She kept these precious tools given by her familiars within a medicine pouch made of finely woven silver and gold threads spun from nettle and flax.
Never one to sit still for long and with many creative projects begging to be birthed, Christine’s innate wanderlust soon tugged her fourth chakra heart strings and lured her willingly toward all corners of the earth in search of pleasure, beauty, inspiration and knowledge. Defying conventionality she danced off, roaming and rambling, but not before her favored and fierce totem animals, always her champions, gifted her a blue opal and amazonite crystal amulet to wear as a protective talisman, to amplify the full expression of her passionate heart and to remember them by. This out-and-out, flawless, ideal gift, and the generosity of their lavish hearts had such a galvanizing influence on Christine that ever after she naturally but diligently cultivated her gifting love language, honing it down, and to this day amongst those fortunate enough to know her, she is considered the ultimate magnanimous gift giver, offering her unselfish heart and copious love with each present she indulgently offers. And finally, she was utterly ready, and she set off well equipped, through a field full of dew wet clover and strawberry flowers that drooped like damp wings and she never looked back.
